Frequently Asked Questions
Do you travel?
Yes we do! While most of our weddings are based in the SoCal area, we are always happy to travel wherever the love story takes us.
When can we expect our film?
You will receive a teaser of your wedding film next day! You can expect to receive a rough draft of your wedding film within 48 hours of your wedding day! We go from there to make sure you get the wedding video you deserve!
Will I wear a mic all day?
Not if you don't want to! In order for us to capture the natural you and the best possible moments, we mic you and possibly even all the key people in your party. We like to mic the groom and the bride as soon as we get there.
Who will hear the audio?
We sync the audio to the footage and only use the parts that we need, we don't listen to anything that doesn't have any video attached. If we hear something that is not relevant, it is deleted. Any RAWs that we give out will not have the RAW audio tracks that are recorded with the lav mics.
How It's Done
1. You reach out and we get in a call to get to know each other and hear what made you two fall for each other along with getting some basic info down.

2. Once we know the details, you will be able to sign the contract, pay the deposit, and book you for your special day.
​
3. 1 month before your special day, we will start going over any special requests and final changes that you may have. We will also get in touch with all of the vendors and your wedding coordinator if you have one.
​
4. YOUR BIG DAY IS HERE! We pull up with our cameras and mics, and all you have to do is step back, relax, and enjoy your day! Allow us to work our magic so that we can capture all of the precious memories.
